This past weeks assignment was to create video. Although I'm not too creative, I was able to pull together some clips along with recording voice overs to make this.
It took me a while to find people willing to record themselves, so that is why there aren't as many different clips in between as I would like. But, hopefully those who watch get a better understanding as to how us students are feeling.
Marissa, amazing, amazing, amazing. You have helped me more than you will ever know. I am ¨graduating¨ with you. We will say goodbye to LHS together. Closure with such an abrupt ending to being in our physical classroom left a void that I did not know how to begin to close. This video is helping me to make closure as I end one amazing chapter of my live and move into another chapter. My thanks beyond words.

I really was engaged with the way you invited students to this forum— especially because each person had their own specific concerns. I feel this way as a teacher, I feel very anxious in the fact that I can’t connect personally via Google Classroom the way I do when I’m physically in the room! The emotion level of this is stagnant and that affects me a lot when I want students to reach out and try to push forward with this “new normal.” It really is difficult. Thank you for sharing this. I needed to see some students today.
